Christian and Molly are hands down the best realtors! They made the home selling process so easy. They recently helped us sell our 1958 home on Delano Dr. We had 6 offers within the first week! Christian and Molly let us know what we needed to do to get our home in tip top shape to get top dollar, and they even helped us find a very affordable landscaper to get our backyard looking its best. Christian also came to help with things around the house that my husband was unable to do after having shoulder surgery. One of the very best parts of working with them was how comfortable they made us feel. They spoke highly of our home and it felt like they truly appreciated the effort we had put into our home. This Mother/ Son Team never let us down, never left us waiting for answers, and always made sure to guide in the best direction. I can not rave about them enough! Call them for all your real estate needs. You won't be disappointed!

Christian Gurrola was the best buying agent we could've asked for from start to finish. He was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process, never once making us feel rushed into a decision. This was our first time buying a house and he made the process very easy and explained every step of the way. We moved from the beach to Temecula so this was a very big decision and we are happy we had Christian to help us every step of the way. If you're looking for a buying agent who genuinely has your back, I highly recommend Christian and his entire team.

Christian Gurrola was professional and his expertise shined in marketing the sale of our home in Moreno Valley and the purchase of our new home in Riverside. He responded promptly to all questions we asked and kept us updated during the entire transaction. There is no doubt we chose the right agent!

Truly could not imagine a more positive realtor experience. Christian was proactive, professional, enthusiastic, and consistently went above and beyond. His understanding of the local market was unparalleled. His support at each step of the way made what can be a very daunting and stressful process manageable. With his expertise and hard work, my house sold within a week for over asking price! Cannot recommend him enough!
